It appears as if spring came early this year. According to a Fox 59 news article, many Indiana residents have started to experience allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes way before March 20, the official start of spring. According to Dr. Scott Phillips, an allergist at St. Vincent Hospital, cedar trees and other offenders have already started to pollenate and are expected to bloom soon. He also said he can’t predict whether this year will be better or worse than the years past, but signs are saying that this year could be bad indeed.
